Part of our stack. We choose the right tools for each project, not the other way around.
Zapier connects thousands of apps through ready-made integrations. For simple automations, it can be set up in fifteen minutes: if this happens in app A, do that in app B. We use it when speed of implementation is more important than complexity.
The most well-known automation platform, with the most integrations. A Zap is a trigger plus one or more actions. Filters and paths are possible, but it remains linear and simple.
A form that sends an email and adds a row to a sheet. A new lead appearing in Slack. A CMS item sent to a newsletter tool. Anything consisting of two or three steps where the app in question only has a Zapier integration. See workflow automation.
For branching, loops, high volumes, or complex logic, Zapier becomes expensive and cluttered. In those cases, we choose Make. For actual business logic, we build it in Xano.
As a lightweight integration alongside Webflow, HubSpot and client tools. Often temporary, until a process is large enough for Make.
Bij veel stappen is Make goedkoper.
Make voor alles daarboven.
