Memberstack

Memberstack adds login, member profiles, and paid subscriptions to a Webflow site. Gate content by membership, process payments via Stripe, all without a custom backend. It is the fastest way to build a member area or course platform that looks exactly like the rest of your site.

What Memberstack is

A script and a dashboard. The script handles registration, login, and showing or hiding content based on the visitor's plan. The dashboard manages members, plans, and pricing. Payments are processed via Stripe, including subscriptions with trial periods and cancellations.

What we use it for

Membership platforms, course environments, and private knowledge bases where content is gated by plan. We used it to build complete membership sites for SDR Leader in Seattle and Fitrah Fitness, featuring lessons, programs, and subscriptions.

How it fits into our stack

On Webflow, with content in the CMS and Memberstack acting as the gatekeeper. Welcome and renewal emails are handled via Memberstack itself or through Make to your email platform.

When not to use it

If members also need to create and manage data, track progress, form groups, or interact with each other, we choose Wized with XanoMemberstack provides access control; it is not a database. And for iDEAL direct debits, Mollie requires custom development.
