Your brand identity as a functional system instead of a PDF. Guidelines, building blocks, and templates that keep everyone on brand.
Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

A brand management system turns your brand identity into a functional system rather than a PDF that no one opens. Guidelines, colors, typography, logos, and templates are all online, complete with usage instructions and files you can download or fill in directly. This ensures everyone working with your brand stays on brand, without you having to check everything yourself.
You’ve had a brand book created that’s just sitting in a folder. Branches and dealers are creating their own materials that are slightly off-brand. Every agency asks for the color codes and fonts. New colleagues don't know which of the five logo variations to use. Or your brand has evolved, but the old rules are still in circulation.
Guidelines as pages, searchable and linkable by section, so you can direct someone to the exact rule. Colors and typography with copy-paste codes. Logos in all variations and formats, with clear do's and don'ts. Templates for presentations, advertisements, and social posts. Examples of good and bad practice using your own materials. And the connection to your asset library, so all your files are in one place.
Webflow for the site, with a CMS so you can add rules and examples yourself. Uploadcare for files and format variations. Wized and Xano if you need a login or want to restrict access to certain content.
We start by identifying the mistakes currently being made, as these determine which rules need to be established. Then, we set up the structure and populate it with your existing materials. The system grows with your brand, rather than becoming an outdated document from last year.
That depends on the scope of your guidelines, the number of templates, and whether a login is required. Without a login, it is a Webflow site with a CMS. With a login and group-based permissions, an application layer is added. In both cases, we agree on a fixed price in advance.
If one person creates all your material, a PDF is enough. And if you don't have a brand identity yet, that is where you should start. We don't design logos or brand identities ourselves; we have partners for that. We turn an existing brand identity into a functional system.
The files themselves: asset libraries. Sharing material with dealers and agencies: marketing portals.
