One central place for campaign materials, imagery, and documents, shared with dealers, partners, and agencies. Always the latest version.
Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

A marketing portal is the place where everyone working with your brand gets their materials: dealers, partners, branches, and external agencies. Campaigns, imagery, logos, ads, and documents, with access permissions tailored to each user. The difference compared to an asset library is the focus: a library organizes your files, while a marketing portal shares them with the outside world.
A dealer uses a logo from three years ago. The agency asks for the brand guidelines for the fifth time. Branches create their own ads because they don't know where the materials are. You launch a campaign and have to send it to eighty different parties. Or you send WeTransfer links that expire after a week, only to be asked for them again.
Complete campaigns, with imagery, copy, ads, and instructions all in one place. Permissions per user or group: a dealer sees their region, a partner sees only what has been shared with them. Downloads in the correct format, automatically cropped for the channels you use. Download links for external parties without an account. Version control, so old material doesn't resurface. And a log of who downloaded what, so you can see what is actually being used.
Uploadcare for storage, uploads, and image processing. Wized and Xano for login, permissions, and management. Webflow for an interface in your own brand style. If you already have a DAM system, we build the portal on top of it rather than alongside it.
We start with the parties who will be retrieving the materials: who are they, what are they looking for, and what are they allowed to see? This determines the permissions and the structure. Then, we build the smallest version that works, populate it with the current campaign, and let a few dealers or partners work with it. Their search behavior determines what we add next. We built a marketing portal using Uploadcare, Wized, and Xano in exactly this way.
That depends on the number of user groups, permissions, and the amount of content. Development is a fixed price per phase. In addition, you pay for storage and traffic to Uploadcare, depending on how much content you share.
If the content is only for your own team, then an asset library is enough. And if you are sharing with a handful of partners who are all allowed to see the same things, then a shared folder with clear agreements will suffice.
Guidelines for content: brand management systems. Pricing and ordering for dealers: dealer portals. All types compared: portals.
