Automatisering

Content Generation

Recurring visuals, copy, and social posts built from your own brand elements and data. You approve, you publish.

The same type of content comes back every month, takes half a day each time, and is therefore skipped more and more often.

Does this sound familiar?

Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

Content generation automatically creates recurring visuals, copy, and social posts, built from your own brand elements and data. A new case study becomes a branded LinkedIn post. A price change becomes an updated product sheet. A monthly report becomes a summary ready to send. You approve, you publish.

When you need it

Every week or month, the same type of content comes around in the same format: a newsletter, a social post about a new client, a visual for a promotion. It takes time, so it gets skipped. You have interesting data that never sees the light of day. Or you want to use AI for content, but within your own tone of voice and brand identity.

What we build

Visuals from templates in your brand style: an image, a title, a figure, composed into a post or banner in the right formats. Copy based on data and a defined tone of voice: a summary, a product description, a first draft of a case study. Social posts ready for approval, with image and text. And an approval step: nothing goes out without someone having reviewed it.

With what

Templates for visuals, AI models for text using your tone and examples as a foundation, Make or Xano to tie it all together, and your CMS or email platform as the destination. For ourselves, we built a tool that turns a client URL into a first draft of a case study and saves it as a draft in Webflow .

Our approach

We start with what is currently being done manually and what the ideal version looks like. Then, we capture your tone and brand style in templates and examples. We build the flow, run it a few times, and adjust until the output is right. After that, it runs in the background and you receive drafts to approve.

Costs and timeline

Every flow has a fixed price upfront, depending on the number of templates, sources, and destinations. Adjusting until the output is correct is included. In addition, you pay for the usage of the AI model and the platform on which the flow runs.

Who it's not for

If every piece of content you produce is unique, there is little to automate. Content generation pays off for content that recurs in the same format. And it doesn't replace an editorial team: someone still needs to read what comes out.

Questions about

Content generation

Does AI write our content in content generation?

AI creates a first version based on your data, tone, and examples. You approve or edit it. Nothing goes out automatically.

How much does content generation cost?

A flow with a template and an approval step takes one to two weeks. On top of that come AI usage costs, usually a few euros per month.

Does generated content stay on brand?

Yes. Images come from fixed templates and text follows a tone we define and test together, so generated content stays in line with your brand identity.

Which channels does content generation work for?

Content generation works for LinkedIn, newsletters, the website, and product sheets. In principle, any channel with an API or a CMS.

What is the difference between content generation and document generation?

Document generation creates formal documents from data, without creative freedom. Content generation creates communication, with a human check.
