After that, we provide a fixed-price proposal, with two to four weeks until the first working version.

Most automations fail because a tool is chosen before anyone has looked at how the work actually flows. We flip that around. First, we map out who does what, where things get stuck, and which part takes the most time. Only then do we decide what to build it with.
Next, we build the smallest version that solves the problem and take it live. You use it for a few weeks, and we refine it based on what happens in practice. That works better than spending six months writing specifications and hoping it’s right.
What we deliver belongs to you. No platform you’re locked into, no setup that only we can maintain. We’ll keep it running if you want, or we’ll hand it over, documentation included.

Hoe weet ik of er bij ons iets te automatiseren valt?
Vuistregel: als iemand elke week hetzelfde doet met dezelfde soort gegevens, valt er iets te automatiseren. Denk aan overtypen tussen systemen, documenten opmaken of terugkerende beelden maken. In een half uur weten we of het de moeite waard is.
Wat kost automatisering?
Na het eerste gesprek krijg je een voorstel met een vaste prijs, zodat je vooraf weet waar je aan toe bent. De kosten hangen af van hoeveel systemen erbij betrokken zijn en hoe rommelig de data is.
Hoe lang duurt het bouwen van een automatisering?
Meestal twee tot vier weken tot de eerste werkende versie. Die gebruik je, en daarna schaven we bij. We bouwen liever snel iets kleins dat werkt dan maandenlang iets groots dat nog moet blijken.
Moeten we onze systemen vervangen om te automatiseren?
Nee. We bouwen om je bestaande systemen heen. Je CRM, je boekhouding en je website blijven staan, ze gaan alleen met elkaar praten.
Waar zit de AI in bij automatisering?
Soms in het product, soms in de manier waarop we het bouwen. Als AI helpt gebruiken we het. Als een gewone koppeling beter en goedkoper werkt, doen we dat. Je koopt een oplossing, geen techniek.
Wat gebeurt er als een automatisering stukgaat?
Automatiseringen melden het zichtbaar als er iets misgaat, in plaats van stilletjes te stoppen. Je kiest daarna of wij het draaiend houden of dat je het zelf overneemt.
