Corporate website development

The website that represents your business. A clear structure, content you manage yourself, and a foundation built to last for years. Built in Webflow, usually live within four to eight weeks.

Your site was built for the company you were five years ago: it’s missing new services, includes outdated ones, and updating a simple piece of text takes a week.

Does this sound familiar?

Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

A corporate website is where clients, partners, and job applicants check who you are before reaching out. It needs to be accurate, fast, and easy for your own team to maintain. We build corporate websites in Webflow for SMEs and international organizations, with a structure designed to last for years.

When you need this

Your current site was built for the company you were five years ago. New services are missing, while old ones remain. Updating a piece of text requires an email to an agency and a week of waiting. Or perhaps you don't have a site you feel comfortable including in a proposal. That’s when it’s time.

What a good corporate site does

Clearly communicate what you do and for whom within ten seconds. Guide visitors to services, work, and contact information without any searching. Build trust with real case studies and real people. Get found using the terms your customers search for. And grow without needing a renovation: a new service is just a new page, not a new project.

Our approach

We start with strategy: goals, target audiences, and site structure. Then wireframes that define the structure without the distraction of color. Next, visual design in Figma, using your brand identity or one we refine together. Development in Webflow using a design system, so you can easily add pages later that match the rest of the site. Handover and training at the end.

What’s included as standard

Technical SEO with metadata and schema per page. Analytics with a functional cookie banner. Forms connected to your email or CRM. Speed as a requirement, not an extra. And a CMS for news, case studies, vacancies, or anything else you update regularly.

Costs and timeline

A corporate website is usually live within four to eight weeks, from strategy to handover. Development is offered at a fixed price. The timeline depends primarily on how quickly content and feedback are provided. Webflow hosting starts at around twenty euros per month for a site with a CMS, and more for multilingual sites.

Who it is not for

If the site is primarily a sales channel for a few services, then a marketing website is a better fit. And if customers or dealers need to log in, then a portal is added.

Where we have worked

Bistrobar Beaune received a site that showcases all the spaces and possibilities of the venue, using photography and animation. NexGen Networks, PIP Innovations and Christian Letselschade Advocatuur are other examples of corporate sites we built that the client manages themselves.

Questions about

Corporate website

How much does a corporate website cost?

The price of a corporate website depends on the number of pages, the design, and the integrations with other systems. After an initial conversation, you receive a fixed price for the entire project. Webflow hosting starts at around twenty euros per month.

How long does it take to build a corporate website?

A corporate website is usually live within four to eight weeks, provided the content arrives on time. Copy and images are almost always the critical path, which is why we plan them in from the start.

Do you write the copy for a corporate website?

If you want us to. We write along or edit what you provide, so the copy fits the structure and tone of the site. See content support.

Can a corporate website become multilingual?

Yes. One site in multiple languages, through Webflow Localization or a translation layer like Linguana, with its own URLs and metadata per language. See multilingual websites.

What if we want a portal alongside the corporate website later?

Then we build it next to or behind the site, in the same brand identity. The structure of the corporate website takes this into account from the start, so a login environment later doesn't require a rebuild. See portals.
