Pre-development choices: what the site needs to do, for whom, using which technology, and in what order. Based on a briefing or an audit.
Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

Strategy and consulting involves defining the choices before development begins: what the site or application needs to do, for whom, using which technology, and in what order. It prevents mid-project debates and rework. The result is a concise document that can serve as a brief, for us or for anyone else.
You want a new site or portal but aren't sure exactly what it should include. There are several people internally with different ideas. You have quotes from agencies that are impossible to compare because each is offering something different. Or you are torn between Webflow, WordPress, a portal, or an app, and want someone to explain it without a sales pitch.
Goals: what the site should deliver in terms of inquiries, orders, or reduced manual work. Target audiences: who is visiting, what are they looking for, and what do they need to be able to do. Site structure: which pages, which components, what goes in the CMS, and what is static. Technology: Webflow for the site, and whether Wized and Xano, Next.js or integrations are required. Phasing: what goes live first and what comes later.
One or two working sessions with the key stakeholders. We ask questions, sketch structures on a whiteboard, and weigh choices against their costs. If the current situation is unclear, we start with research and analysis . We bring in insights from our own experience with similar projects.
A document of a few pages: goals, target audiences, site structure, technology choices, phasing, and an indication of costs and timelines. No fifty-page report that no one reads.
One or two working sessions plus the final documentation, for a fixed price. If we build the website ourselves afterwards, this serves as the first phase of that project. There is no obligation: the document is yours to keep and can be used with any agency.
If you already know exactly what you want and have a briefing ready, we can provide a proposal immediately. In that case, this step would be redundant.
First, understanding the current situation: research and analysis. The next step: wireframe design.

A fixed price for the sessions and the document. If you then build with us, we deduct it from the project.
A strategy process takes two to three weeks, including the sessions and writing up the document.
We mainly build in Webflow, so yes. We also tell you when it is not a fit: a large webshop, a heavy application, an intranet with its own login. Then we recommend something else, even if we don't build it ourselves.
Yes, that is what it is made for. Every agency then quotes on the same basis and you can compare.
It happens. The document is a foundation, not a contract. We adjust and keep track of what it means for planning and budget.
