A single screen showing you exactly where you stand, using data from your own systems. Accurate figures, without having to keep four tabs open.
Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

A dashboard brings data from multiple sources together on one screen: revenue, orders, inventory, inquiries, and capacity. Not as a retrospective report, but as a real-time status update. We build them tailored to your specific process, because the figures you need are rarely found in a standard software package.
Your monthly figures come from a spreadsheet that someone fills out by hand every month. You have to keep four systems open just to answer a question you ask every day. Your team is managing by gut feeling because the numbers only arrive after the fact. Or perhaps you have a dashboard in a BI tool that no one opens because it’s cluttered with forty different charts.
A screen that starts with the question, not the data: what do you need to see to make a decision this afternoon? Figures with context, such as comparisons to previous periods or targets. Filters for period, location, team, or product. Drill-down capabilities so you can click through to the underlying records. Role-based permissions so not everyone sees everything. And, where necessary, alerts when a value falls outside the expected range.
Data from your own systems via API or Make, collected in Xano or Airtable. The interface in Webflow with Wized, or in Next.js if there is a large volume of data per screen or if heavy filtering is required.
A BI tool is fine if your data is in one place and you only want to view it. Custom development comes into play when you want to take action from the screen, such as approving or publishing, or if clients and partners need access with their own permissions.
An initial working version usually takes three to six weeks, at a fixed price. After that, we expand in phases.
If all your figures come from one system with its own reporting, use that. A dashboard is worth it when the question you ask every day currently requires four different systems.
For Mitsubishi Turbochargers & Engines we built a Next.js environment where the team manages hundreds of engine types, compares them, and publishes them to the website with a single click. See also data management systems if management is more important than viewing.
Website metrics: analytics and reporting. Getting data into the dashboard: system integrations.
