Wized sits between a Webflow site and a database. It handles logins, permissions, forms with logic, and displaying data per user, all without custom front-end code. The design stays in Webflow, the logic comes from Wized, and the data from Xano. This is how we build a portal in weeks instead of months.
What Wized is
A layer you add to a Webflow project. You connect page elements to data from an API, define what happens on a click or form submission, and determine who can see what. Everything is visual, with JavaScript used only where it's more convenient.
What we use it for
Client portals and dealer portals, member areas with custom data, dashboards and management environments, booking systems and asset libraries. Anywhere you want to go live quickly with a real application in your own brand identity.
How it fits into our stack
Always with Webflow for the interface and almost always with Xano as the backend. Files via Uploadcare, payments via Stripe or Mollie, email via Resend.
When not to use it
For heavy interaction, large amounts of data on a single screen, bulk operations, or complex filters, we choose Next.js. Wized is great for building portals quickly, but not for interfaces that need to feel like full-fledged software. For gated content without custom data, Memberstack is simpler.

Wat kost Wized?
Wized kost een maandabonnement per project, afhankelijk van het aantal gebruikers en verzoeken. Meestal zijn dat tientallen euro's per maand.
Is een applicatie op Wized veilig?
Ja. Bij een applicatie op Wized controleren we de rechten op de server, in Xano, en niet alleen in de browser. Wized regelt de sessie van de gebruiker, Xano bepaalt wat iemand mag zien en doen.
Kunnen we een Wized-applicatie zelf aanpassen?
Kleine dingen wel, na een uitleg van ons. De logica in Wized is visueel, maar vraagt inzicht in hoe data tussen de pagina en de database stroomt. Grote aanpassingen laat je bij ons.
Wat als we uit Wized willen?
Dan blijft het ontwerp in Webflow staan en de data in Xano. Alleen de logica-laag van Wized vervang je, bijvoorbeeld door Next.js. Je begint dus niet opnieuw.
Hoe snel staat een portal met Wized live?
Een eerste werkende versie van een portal met Wized staat meestal in vier tot acht weken live. Het ontwerp staat in Webflow en de data in Xano, Wized verbindt die twee. Daarna breiden we uit op basis van gebruik. Zie portals.
