Part of our stack. We choose the right tools for each project, not the other way around.
Make is a visual automation platform. You draw a scenario: this happens, then do that, and if this, then that. It then runs on its own and logs every run, so you can see what happened and where it went wrong. Our first choice for automations that need to stay easy to follow.
A platform with ready-made connections to thousands of apps, plus HTTP modules for anything with an API. Scenarios are visual flowcharts with branches, loops, filters and error handling. Every step shows what went in and what came out.
Workflow automation: forms to a CRM, orders to the accounts, new CMS items to social media, event registrations that trigger a confirmation and a calendar invite. System integrations between Webflow, HubSpot, Airtable, Resend and accounting software. For Arts M+G, we used it to build the processing of event registrations.
Every scenario gets error handling and an alert to a person when something goes wrong. We document what it does, so you understand it. For large volumes or complex logic, the scenario moves to Xano.
Make is more powerful and cheaper when there are many steps, and shows more clearly what is happening. Zapier is simpler for a single connection and supports more apps. We choose per situation.
When a Make scenario needs to send an email, we route it through Resend with a branded template and a verified sender.
Ja. API-sleutels staan versleuteld in Make en data gaat over versleutelde verbindingen. Make is gevestigd in de EU.
