SOGEON wanted to clearly define the profession of the Society + Health physician for medical students and junior doctors. We built the revamped website in Webflow, based on a design by Koba Branding and with content from R&Z Content Makers. Visitors can find all training programs directly on the homepage and sign up for a speed date or information session in just a few clicks. SOGEON creates new pages themselves using pre-built components.

SOGEON wanted to strengthen the profile of the Physician in Society + Health (Arts M+G) among medical students and junior doctors. The Arts M+G website needed to be more intuitive, with navigation tailored to their specific needs and a simple way to sign up for speed dates and information sessions.
We handled the technical implementation in Webflow, based on a design by Koba Branding. Together with R&Z Content Makers, we built a website that clearly informs medical students, junior doctors, and career changers about training programs and the application process, encouraging them to explore further.
The primary target audience consists of medical students and junior doctors exploring training options. The navigation had to align with their questions so they could reach the right information in just a few clicks. Those who are exploring often compare multiple paths and will drop off if the search takes too long.
The field of the Physician in Society + Health is less well-known than other specialties. The website needed to clearly position the profession immediately and motivate visitors to learn more or sign up for a speed date or shadowing day.
Speed dates, shadowing days, and information sessions are the moments when exploration turns into genuine interest. Signing up had to be as simple as possible, with direct confirmation for the participant and a clear overview for the organization. Every hurdle in that process costs registrations.
SOGEON wanted to keep the website up to date themselves, including creating new pages. This allows the organization to respond quickly to application rounds and events.

We technically developed Koba Branding's design in Webflow. The homepage was redesigned with a clear value proposition, an immediate overview of all training programs, and a notification bar for current updates, such as the opening of an application round. Subtle animations and parallax scrolling were added for a polished look.
We built dedicated pages for all profile training programs, an application page with a step-by-step overview of the process, an events calendar, and an introduction section. A search function on the homepage helps visitors find what they need quickly. SEO settings and meta-data were configured for each page. This way, the site follows the visitor's journey: first exploring, then getting acquainted, and finally applying.
We built a registration system for speed dates and information sessions. Participants immediately receive a confirmation email in SOGEON's brand style. This ensures participants know their spot is secured while giving the organization a clear overview of all registrations.
We set up Webflow CMS access for SOGEON and R&Z Content Makers, allowing them to manage content independently. Using Webflow's Marketing Mode, new pages can be created using pre-built components. As a result, any new page will always match the look and feel of the rest of the site.

In DeDigitaal, we found a partner that is not only technically strong but also quickly understands what an organization needs. Working with Dorus, Koba Branding, and R&Z Content Makers was smooth and enjoyable. The result is a future-proof website that perfectly aligns with our target audience and is easy for us to maintain ourselves. We are still incredibly happy with it.

Visitors see an overview of all profile training programs right on the homepage. Each program has its own dedicated page with information about the profession and the curriculum. This allows a student to go from general interest to the program that fits them best in just one click.
Visitors can sign up for speed dates and information sessions via the events page. After registering, they automatically receive a confirmation email in the SOGEON brand style. This immediate confirmation lets the participant know their spot is secured.

At the top of the website is an adjustable notification bar that allows SOGEON to display time-sensitive messages, such as the opening of the application round. The bar can be easily toggled on and off. This ensures that a deadline, such as the start of the application period, is immediately visible, regardless of which page a visitor lands on.

The revamped website presents the field of the M+G physician clearly and concisely. Visitors can immediately see the available training programs on the homepage and understand the next step in the orientation or application process. The navigation follows the visitor's journey: first exploring, then getting acquainted, and finally applying.
Visitors can sign up for a speed date or information session via the calendar and receive an instant confirmation. For SOGEON, this is the moment where orientation turns into a real connection.
SOGEON and their content partner can independently create pages and update content via Webflow. The client no longer needs to hire an external party for regular adjustments.
Following the launch, we remained involved in further development. We implement new requests from SOGEON and their marketing partner within the existing framework, ensuring the site grows along with them.
