Maintenance and security mean keeping your site and its ecosystem running smoothly after it goes live. Webflow handles hosting, SSL, CDN, and backups automatically. What remains is what we build around it: integrations, scripts, automations, and applications. These require attention because they run on third-party systems that are constantly changing.
When you need this
You have a site with integrations for a CRM, an email platform, or a payment provider. You have scripts running for animations, analytics, or forms. You have a portal or application with a database and users. Or, you simply want someone to keep an eye on things so you don't have to.
What we check
Whether integrations are still running and if there are any errors in the logs. Whether external scripts and libraries need updating. Whether forms are being delivered and emails aren't ending up in spam. Whether the site is still fast and if Search Console is reporting any errors. For applications, we also check the database, permissions, backups, and accounts of users who have left. And we ensure domains, certificates, and subscriptions are renewed on time.
How it works
A regular check every month or quarter, with a brief report: what we saw, what we did, and what we propose. We fix what's broken. We suggest improvements for what could be better. If a disruption occurs in between, you aren't dependent on a ticket system at a large agency: you just email Dorus.
What it isn't
No expensive service contracts with hours you don't use. No plugin updates, because those don't exist in Webflow. Just someone who knows your systems and keeps them running.
What it costs
A fixed fee per month or quarter, depending on what is running: just a site, a site with integrations, or an application with a database and users. We discuss any repairs resulting from the check beforehand.

Wat kost onderhoud van een website?
Onderhoud is een vast bedrag per maand, afhankelijk van hoeveel er om de site heen draait. Een site zonder koppelingen heeft weinig nodig; een portal met integraties meer.
Wat als er iets stukgaat tussen twee onderhoudschecks?
Dan mail je en pakken we het op. Storingen in koppelingen of applicaties krijgen voorrang.
Hebben we onderhoud nodig bij een simpele Webflow-site?
Meestal niet. Webflow doet het zware werk. Een jaarlijkse check op analytics, formulieren en snelheid is dan genoeg.
