What we build
A template in your brand style, built from fixed components and fields. One source: your CMS, Airtable, Xano, an ERP, or a form. A generator that merges the source and template into a PDF, including tables, images, and multilingual support. A button or a trigger: on demand from an admin panel, automatically upon a change, or via a link on the website. And storage and delivery: in a portal, via email, or as a download.
Where we've done it
For Mitsubishi Turbochargers & Engines we built a generator that creates spec sheets for hundreds of engine types based on product data, complete with technical tables and images, ready for dealers across Europe. Updating the data means updating all the sheets.
How we approach it
We start with an existing document and the source where the data resides. Then, we design the template so that it works for any number of lines and any language. We build the generator, test it with the most complex cases, and integrate it into the workflow where it belongs: an admin environment, a workflow or a portal.
Costs and timelines
A template with a generator typically takes one to three weeks to complete, for a fixed price. Additional templates are cheaper per unit, as the generator is already in place.

Wat kost documentgeneratie?

In welke formaten levert documentgeneratie?
Documentgeneratie levert in de meeste gevallen PDF. Ook Word, Excel of HTML kan, als dat nodig is.
Kan documentgeneratie meertalig?
Ja, documentgeneratie kan meertalig. Het sjabloon kent de talen, de data levert de vertalingen.
Wat gebeurt er bij documentgeneratie als de data onvolledig is?
Dan meldt de generator dat en genereert hij niet, of hij vult een standaardwaarde in. Dat spreken we af per veld.
Kunnen we het documentsjabloon zelf aanpassen?
