An audit of your current setup: traffic, technical performance, content, and conversion. Data and insights to build your strategy upon.
Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

Research and analysis is an audit of your current website or application before we make any changes. We look at where your traffic comes from, where users drop off, how fast the site is, what Google thinks of it, and which content is or isn't working. The result is a list of findings and priorities that can serve as the foundation for a strategy or improvement plan.
You know your site isn't performing as it should, but you don't know why. You're considering a new site and want to know what to keep and what to discard. You're getting conflicting advice from an SEO agency, a marketer, and a developer. Or, you simply want a second opinion before making a major investment.
Google Analytics and Search Console: traffic, sources, high-performing pages, and pages no one sees. Technical: load times, Core Web Vitals, errors, and mobile responsiveness. Structure and metadata: headings, titles, internal links, and sitemaps. Content: what is written, who it is for, and whether it aligns with your current goals. Conversion: forms, buttons, and the user journey from visitor to lead. For applications, we also look at the underlying processes: who does what, where things get stuck, and which steps are manual.
We request access to your analytics and CMS, navigate the site as both a visitor and a search engine, and measure everything that can be measured. We then have a conversation with you about what we found and what you already suspected. The report is concise: findings, the cost of inaction, and a prioritized roadmap.
A report with findings and priorities, written in plain language. This leads to the strategy and advice for a new site, or a concrete list of improvements for your existing one. You can use this to work with us, or with any other party.
An audit has a fixed upfront price. The scope depends on the size of the site and whether we are looking at search visibility alone or the entire ecosystem. Search visibility can also be audited separately, for example, prior to a migration.
If it is already decided that a new site is coming and the old one is small, a full audit is overkill. In that case, we simply incorporate the essential elements, such as high-traffic URLs, directly into the strategy.
Tackling speed: performance optimization. Continuous measurement: analytics and reporting.
