Uploadcare

Uploadcare handles everything related to files in an application: uploading from the browser, secure storage, and automatically serving images in the correct format and size. We use it where users submit their own material and where that material needs to be displayed quickly and neatly afterward.

What Uploadcare is

An upload widget you place on a page, storage on a CDN, and a URL language that lets you crop, compress, and convert images without re-uploading them. One original, infinite variations.

What we use it for

Asset libraries and marketing portals where teams and dealers upload images and documents. Profile pictures and attachments in portals. Uploads in booking systems and forms that need to do more than what Webflow offers by default.

How it fits into our stack

The widget in Webflow, the logic in Wized, the reference to the file in XanoWe handle permissions and management in Xano, while storage and delivery are managed by Uploadcare.

When not to use it

For a single file in a contact form, the standard Webflow upload is sufficient. Uploadcare becomes worthwhile when users upload files regularly or when images need to be displayed in multiple formats.
