Being mentioned when someone asks ChatGPT or Google for a recommendation. Measuring where you currently stand and laying the foundation so that models can cite you.
Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much of your time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking directly to me, not an account manager.

More and more people are asking their questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, or the AI summary at the top of Google, instead of clicking through ten blue links. That answer mentions a few companies. AI discoverability, also known as AEO, is the work that determines whether you are one of them. It is similar to SEO and partially overlaps with it, but the goal is different: not ranking high in a list, but being mentioned in an answer.
You ask ChatGPT for the best provider in your field and you aren't mentioned, while your competitor is. Something is being said about your company that is no longer accurate. Your traffic from Google is declining while your rankings remain the same, because visitors are getting their answers above the results. Or you simply want to know where you stand before taking any action.
Usually for one of four reasons. There is too little about you on the web outside of your own site, so there is nothing to verify. Your site says what you sell, but not what problem you solve, and people ask about their problems. The information is in images, PDFs, or behind scripts and is therefore unreadable. Or your data is not structured anywhere, so a model has to guess what you are and where you are located.
Measure first. We compile a list of questions your customers would actually ask, present them to multiple models, and record who is mentioned—you or your competitor—and what is said about you. That is your baseline. Then the work: structured data about your company, your services, your products, and your FAQs, so a model doesn't have to guess. Pages that take the customer's question as a starting point instead of your own offering. Answers that can be read independently, because a model cites a paragraph, not an entire page. Your data consistent across the places where models source their information. And after a few months, the same measurement again, so you can see if things have shifted.
We create the prompt list together, because you know better than we do how customers phrase their questions. We supplement this with variations and with the questions for which your competitors are currently the answer. Then a short list of what yields the most, in order, and then the work. What we don't do is provide guarantees. Models change, and no one can buy or force a spot in an answer.
The baseline measurement has a fixed price and results in a report that you can use even without us. The subsequent improvements are priced based on that list. We perform repeat measurements quarterly or semi-annually. Results come slowly: models are updated at intervals, so count on months, not weeks.
If your customers come through tenders, a fixed network, or your sales team, an AI answer won't change much. And if the technical foundation isn't there yet, that's where it starts: without a readable site and accurate structured data, there is nothing to find. See SEO.
For Bistrobar Bankoh and Bistrobar Beaune we laid the technical foundation: structured data about the business, the location, and what there is to do, a page structure that can be read per query, and accurate metadata. That is exactly what a model needs to correctly mention a business when someone asks for an address in the area.
The classic side: SEO. The foundation for both: research and analysis. Writing and publishing pages: content support. If you want to know where you currently stand, email us three questions your customers ask. That is where the assessment begins.
