Tell me what isn't working or what's taking up too much time, and I'll let you know what I would do and roughly what it would cost. You'll be speaking with me, not an account manager.

In education, a website isn't just a business card; it's where enrollments happen. Programs, locations, dates, pricing, and a knowledge base that drives organic traffic: that’s a lot of content, maintained by multiple people, that needs to remain discoverable even as things change.
The site has grown to hundreds of pages on a platform no one can oversee anymore. Program pages are inconsistent because every department uses its own layout. A move to a different CMS is desired, but the risk of losing search rankings is too high to just go for it. And enrollment happens via a form that doesn't talk to the registration system.
A CMS structure where programs, locations, and dates are interconnected rather than standing apart. Migrations from WordPress or other platforms with a redirect plan, preservation of metadata, and verification by your SEO agency before anything goes live. Multilingual support for international audiences. Enrollment forms and portals linked to your registration system, and private environments for participants or instructors.
First the structure: what content exists, what drives traffic, what can be removed. Then, a sitemap that fits within Webflow CMS limits and can support your search rankings. We handle bulk work via the API using our own tools, not by hand. We only go live after testing on staging and receiving approval from all stakeholders.
For Immerse Education, we migrated a WordPress site with fourteen article collections, 148 programs, and a knowledge base to Webflow, with nearly 1,500 redirects and zero loss of traffic. For their TED Summer School, we built a separate program site. For driving school Drive Strong and training provider Qurius, we built sites that clarify their offerings and make enrollment easy.
Webflow with Localization for multiple languages, custom tooling on the Data API for migrations, and Wized and Xano or Memberstack for gated environments.
